Terms of Service

NeoLogic FZE LLC ("NeoLogic", "we", "us", or "our") is a Free Zone Entity registered in the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, UAE, under License No. 262899157888. Our registered office is at CWS-3V-208758, 26th Floor, Amber Gem Tower, Ajman, United Arab Emirates.

We operate an online platform for the rental and sale of professional filming and production equipment, as well as related media and consultancy services.

By registering an account, placing an order, or using any part of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our platform.

These terms apply to all users, including buyers, renters, sellers, and visitors.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UAE law to use our services. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at info@neologic.ae.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

NeoLogic provides the following services through its platform:

• Equipment Rental: Short-term and long-term rental of professional filming and production equipment.
• Equipment Sales: Purchase of new and used professional equipment listed on the platform.
• Sell Your Equipment: Users may submit equipment listings for review and approval by NeoLogic administrators.
• Consultancy Services: Broadcast, media, and production consultancy services.
• Quotation System: Users may request custom quotations for equipment and services.

All equipment listings submitted by users are subject to review and approval by NeoLogic. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing that does not comply with our standards or UAE regulations. Approved listings are published on the platform at our sole discretion.

• All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified in the applicable quotation or rental agreement.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders or bookings where payment is not received.
• All applicable UAE taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Cancellation and refund policies are as follows:

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date may incur a cancellation fee.
• No refunds are issued for no-shows or early returns unless agreed in writing.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of UAE law.
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of NeoLogic or third parties.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation.
• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.

All content on the NeoLogic platform, including text, images, logos, software, and design, is the property of NeoLogic FZE LLC or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, NeoLogic shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Damage to equipment caused by misuse, negligence, or force majeure events.
• Interruptions or errors in platform availability.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeoLogic FZE LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, UAE, or the dispute resolution mechanisms of the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, as applicable.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
