Rental Agreement

Lessor (Owner): NeoLogic FZE LLC, a Free Zone Entity registered in the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, UAE, under License No. 262899157888. Email: info@neologic.ae. Phone: +971 55 433 3996.

Renter: The individual or entity that completes a rental booking through the NeoLogic platform, as identified by the account registration details provided.

The specific equipment to be rented ("Equipment") is identified at the time of booking on the NeoLogic platform, including make, model, serial number (where applicable), and agreed rental period. The Equipment description forms part of this Agreement.

• The rental period commences and ends on the dates confirmed in the booking confirmation.
• The Equipment must be returned by the agreed return date and time.
• Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rental rate for each day or part thereof beyond the agreed return date.
• Extensions to the rental period must be requested and approved in writing by NeoLogic prior to the original return date.

• Rental fees are as specified in the booking confirmation and are payable in UAE Dirhams (AED).
• A security deposit may be required prior to the release of Equipment. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking.
• The security deposit will be refunded within seven (7) business days following the return of Equipment in satisfactory condition, subject to deductions for damage, loss, or outstanding charges.
• All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in the Cancellation Policy (Section 9).
• NeoLogic reserves the right to charge the Renter's registered payment method for any outstanding amounts, including damage costs, late fees, or replacement costs.

• Equipment collection and return arrangements will be confirmed in the booking details.
• The Renter must inspect the Equipment at the time of collection and report any pre-existing damage or defects to NeoLogic immediately. Failure to report defects at collection may result in the Renter being held liable for such defects upon return.
• Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, including all accessories, cases, and packaging.
• NeoLogic will inspect the Equipment upon return and notify the Renter of any damage or missing items within 48 hours.

The Renter agrees to:

• Use the Equipment solely for its intended professional purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
• Not sub-let, loan, or transfer the Equipment to any third party without prior written consent from NeoLogic.
• Keep the Equipment secure and protected from theft, loss, and environmental damage.
• Not modify, alter, or attempt to repair the Equipment.
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations in connection with the use of the Equipment.
• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals required for filming or production activities in the UAE.
• Return the Equipment clean and in full working order.

• The Renter is fully liable for any damage to, loss of, or theft of the Equipment during the rental period.
• In the event of damage, the Renter shall be charged the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is applicable, as determined by NeoLogic.
• In the event of theft, the Renter must file a police report with the relevant UAE authorities within 24 hours and provide a copy to NeoLogic.
• The Renter is responsible for insuring the Equipment against damage, loss, and theft during the rental period. NeoLogic may require proof of insurance prior to releasing high-value Equipment.
• Normal wear and tear, as determined by NeoLogic, will not be charged to the Renter.

NeoLogic strongly recommends that Renters obtain appropriate insurance coverage for the Equipment during the rental period. NeoLogic's own insurance does not cover damage or loss caused by the Renter's negligence, misuse, or wilful misconduct. The Renter assumes full financial responsibility for the Equipment from the time of collection to the time of return.

• More than 48 hours before rental start: Full refund of rental fees paid, excluding any non-refundable booking fees.
• 24–48 hours before rental start: 50% refund of rental fees.
• Less than 24 hours before rental start: No refund.
• No-show: No refund. The full rental fee is forfeited.
• Security deposits are refunded in full upon cancellation, provided the Equipment has not been collected.
• NeoLogic reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time due to Equipment unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.

NeoLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use or inability to use the Equipment, including but not limited to loss of production, revenue, or data. NeoLogic's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, war, civil unrest, or pandemic. In such circumstances, the affected party shall notify the other as soon as practicable.

The Renter must provide valid government-issued identification (Emirates ID, passport, or UAE residence visa) prior to collecting Equipment. NeoLogic reserves the right to refuse rental to any person who fails to provide satisfactory identification or who does not meet our eligibility criteria.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ajman, UAE, or the dispute resolution mechanisms of the Ajman NuVentures Centre Free Zone, as applicable.

This Agreement, together with the booking confirmation and any written amendments agreed by both parties, constitutes the entire agreement between NeoLogic and the Renter with respect to the rental of Equipment. It supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
